Product Description
This 14-inch (355mm) dry cut cold saw blade is specially designed for professional dry cutting of stainless steel, carbon steel, iron pipe, steel profile and solid steel bar. Adopting high-hardness cermet alloy teeth and high-toughness SKS51 steel substrate, the blade features high temperature resistance, anti-burning and anti-cracking performance, ensuring smooth cutting surface with no burrs, low sparks and no annealing marks.
The blade adopts ultra-thin substrate design with 1.8mm body thickness and 2.2mm cutting kerf, which effectively reduces material loss and cutting resistance. Precision 25.4mm (1 inch) center hole perfectly matches standard dry cut saw machines and metal cold cut saws. 66 teeth optimized tooth profile provides stable cutting effect for medium and thick stainless steel pipes, square tubes, angle steel and channel steel, greatly improving cutting efficiency while maintaining excellent cutting finish.
Different from ordinary wood saw blades and HSS blades, this cermet cold saw blade supports dry cutting operation without coolant, which is more convenient for construction site and factory batch processing. The substrate is equipped with mute and heat dissipation structure to effectively reduce vibration, lower noise and avoid thermal deformation during long-time working.
