Our TCT tipped acrylic dedicated circular saw blade is specially engineered for cutting transparent acrylic, PMMA, Perspex, PVC, polycarbonate and various hard plastic panels. Adopting premium tungsten carbide tipped teeth with optimized fine-tooth cutting angle, this saw disc drastically reduces cutting heat during operation to avoid plastic edge melting, whitening and cracking, delivering crystal-clear, mirror-smooth cut edges without secondary polishing. Widely applied on table saw, sliding panel saw and CNC cutting machines for advertising signage, acrylic crafts, plastic furniture processing workshops.
